If you want to have a fun day of snow wheelin with a spagheti dinner and a raffle after the run then send me your name & address and I'll send you out the registration forms. Run starts in Magalia Ca. & go's up to the highlakes area and back down to Paradise for Dinner. All 4x4 vehicles are welcome, 33 & larger tires & and a locker is recomended but not manditory. All CA4WD rules apply. PM me here if you have any questions.......Gary

Yea

, I know, we always have it the 1st weekend in Feb and for some reason CA4WD moved the convention up a week this year to the 1st weekend in Feb from the 2nd weekend in Feb? We figured since convention is in Visalia this year it wouldn't affect us too much up here since most of the people that go on our run come from Sacramento north.

Watch out for those guys from Fresno, they can't drive worth beans in the snow. They like to use everybody elses rigs as bumpers. And they break burfs all day too.

i would like to go on this run but probably won't have my rig...won't bring it up till later.
do you think someone would have an open seat so i could ride shotgun with someone. i live in sacramento in the dorms at sac state...i have a car so i can drive there.

CA4WDC's Safety Requirements

All vehicles must be maintained to conform to highway safety standards, as well as meet the minimum requirements listed below:

Roll bar or full cage or factory hard top
Functional Parking brake or Mico-Lock
Tow strap or rope. (recommend rated at 2 times the vehicle weight).
First aid kit (what do you want when you are hurt?)
Jack capable of lifting the vehicle and a tool capable of removing lug nuts (don't forget your wheel locks)
Spare tire equal to or within 3 inches of existing tires on the vehicle. (no temporary spares).
Fire extinguisher with gauge indicating good/full, appropriately stored
Seat belts for all passengers
Antennas must not exceed 4'6" (except when longer antennas/whips are required by certain OHV areas).
Adequate attachment points front and rear, i.e., tow hooks, receiver, etc. Tow balls are generally not recommended.
Battery hold downs (no bungie cords)

I will be freezing my

off at Sac Wildlife Refuge for my last Junior duck hunt before I am 16. I guess I will just have to wait till next year because Only one more Junior hunt of my life and many many weelin trips before I pass on... Oh well...

Thanks a lot Gary for the invitation to it. Too bad I couldnt show up. You have to have it again next year so we can do some weelin. Maybe even sometime we can meet up and do some weelin after the snow run
