Hello everyone my name is Chris and i am from Sacramento Ca. I have recently obtained an interest in the off-roading world. I have some friends with 4x4's and have been doing a little research myself and have come to the conclusion that toyota is the way to go. I do not have a rig yet but have begun saving for one. Im hoping to pick up a decent 4runner in the next few months to start with. I really like the look of the first gen runners but i do have a wife and son so i think i need 4 doors. So ill be hanging around trying to absorb ideas and info for awhile. Hope to talk to you all soon.

Welcome and good luck shopping for your rig. If you're patient you should be able to find a good deal.
