If you are looking to get that kind of power out of a motor I would do something along those lines.

this last snow run i was running in 4 ft of snow and i spun the front diff ring and pinion but it was high mileage v-6 diff with 4.88 .

but it lasted 2 seasons of really hard use .. the way it went i thought i broke a hub ..

but i find the whole diff for 100 bucks locally all the time i can swap  it out and running again in a hour and half .

Wow, I'm impressed. I gernaded two w series trannies in my truck. I was running 37's with a 4.3 chev. It was pretty healthy. I was putting 170hp to the ground and it made just under 300 ftlbs of torque. I ended up pulling the manual and putting a chevy auto in it. No problems since.

Your best bet would be the 3RZ.  I wouldn't waste time with the 22RTE.  Several people on this board hasn't had any luck with building up the turbo motor.  But every person who put in a 3RZ are so glad they did it.  Just remember the more power you put under the hood, the more chances of breaking stuff.  If you go bigger motors, the best thing is to go 1 tons.
Miss ya Dean (4THEWKN) & Kyle (KYOTA)!!
