Ammo at the Sportsmans Warehouse in Denver has been scarce for ammo for a while now. But I havn't had to buy ammo in years. My dad and I use to do the gun show circut selling ammo. Given that we pulled stuf off the truck for our personal stock and we reload for our Elk hunting rifles. I don't sell ammo at the gun shows anymore but when I do go to hang with the friends ammo is through the roof and there isn't alot of it, the last few there hasn't been ANY 7.62x39

I just went to my old job's website and it appears they have really upped their game. They are now selling reloading equipment and supplies online among many other new items they didn't sell when I worked there. Knowing my old boss, the inventory will only get better.

Here is the list of gun shows Miwall Corp will be at in the next 3 months. The Grand Sierra show in Reno is one of the biggest shows we did along with the shows at the State Fair Grounds in Phoenix. Gonna be a lot of ammo at those shows.

January 8-9 2011   Salt Lake City, UT   South Towne Expo Center
January 15-16 2011   Bakersfield, CA   Kern County Fairgrounds

If I can save enough $$$, definitely hitting up the Grand Sierra show in March.
You worked for Miwall? I personally know John. We also sell ammo at the gun shows. We did them all over. Our set ups use to be just as big as theirs. Small world

Yeah I figured you had to have known Mike, JB or Layton when you mentioned you used to do gunshows. I worked for them as part of their sales team and also worked at the warehouse in GV when I wasn't on shows. It was a lot of hard work and detracted from my school time so I finally pulled the plug and went full time student. It was a great job and experience though. I quit at the end of 2009.

Yeh we knew him for years. I did 42 shows a year and 3/4 of them John did too. But we ended up quitting the shows back in October. I still go to hang out with all of my friends though.

It was a fun job. Doing gunshows is a great experience, you get to meet all kinds of cool and interesting people. I had never been to one before I got the job at Miwall ironically.
