Is that POR15?
It's a similar product called "Chassis Saver". It was $95 for a gallon. I've used about a half a gallon so far to paint the frame, axles, gas tank, skidplate, bumper, driveshafts, oil pan, leafs, and u-bolt hardware

Installed the front brakes today and ordered the material for my flatbed. Also picked up a Thrush Glasspack for $19.99-couldn't pass that up! I also cleaned the floor in my cab so i can paint it and then piece in some metal where the holes are. Going to get A LOT done this upcoming weekend.(Two of my friends and i will be fixing the cab and putting together the flatbed) I'll post some pics when we're done. I picked up some sweet(and comfy) 94 4Runner bucket seats for $75 at the junkyard. Welding the diff this weekend too, LOTS GOIN ON!!

Been super busy lately trying to work and get this truck done enough for the hillclimb April 3 and 4. Here's some pics of the many different stages thus far.

This bumper is 6 x 4 in steel(.25 wall thickness). Beefy stuff! Hoping to make it into an onboard air tank in the future. Check out this clean plasma cut for the receiver

Picked up the deckplate flatbed from the steel company. They cut the plate and broke the 90 degree angles that make the fenders. Here's a pic of it mocked up with the bumper too:

not if the knuckle is set up correctly,  grease rarely comes out the felts, but when the inner seals leak :yikes:  then a mixture of grease and gear oil makes a nasty mess

What do you mean by set up correctly?  when i rebuilt the front axle I installed the HD MC axle seals. About a month ago i tore it apart to install a hi pinion diff the grease was still clean? maybe is the type of grease i used? comes out the felts clean.

picked the flatbed up recently. Sandblasted and powdercoated for only $150!! And it looks great. I've been REALLY busy doing motor work lately(discovered a timing cover leak yesterday and had to fix it for the Hillclimb this Sunday). Tires go on tomorrow, I'll post updated pics soon
