Sorry bud, that was on my Mom's birthday and we barely had time to do the shoot before her dinner.

There are a few different programs, the one I use is Photomatix. If you decide to do it, go to B&N and get a book on HDR photography. There is a nice one that explains the differences between the 5 major HDR software programs and how you will need to take the pictures.

It's killing me!
I really want this camera, but the $1000 price tag is killing the deal.
Going to have to wait a year.

I've been looking at those, and if I were to buy a new camera today, and it wasn't a Nikon.  The Lumix line would be it.  Especially, with the ability to change out lenses.  All the photog mags have been rating them pretty high.  Especially, if you don't want a big DSLR body to be packing around, and you like the ease of a point and shot body.  Got to admit, I get tired of packing my big bulky camera sometimes.
Miss ya Dean (4THEWKN) & Kyle (KYOTA)!!

Loving your last few shots Mini!

The instructor I had for my photography class last term said sillhouettes were bad and she did not like them.

I think she's crazy. I love sillhouette photos ^_^

I have found that what is good is only a matter of opinion. If your shots are clear and your subject is obvious you really can't lose.

Little bit of Nature for you, brought to you by my workplace.

My girlfriend has been teaching me a thing or two about taking pictures over the past year... these are some of my favorites as of now.

My favorite 3.
Try to use a faster shutter speed/lower f-stop number on fast moving objects.
It ensures that your images are not OOF.

tom w.

the bull riding was pretty sunny so my settings were ISO 400-F11-1/800 and the freestyle i believe i used ISO 400-F11-1/1000.

i'm still trying to experiment and just get a feel for different settings. at the time i was more concerned about not having enough depth of field, but i think now i could have used F7.1 or even F5.6 and it would have been better.

Tom, I love the water pressure gauge and the irrigation lines. Definite favs.
