on another note i tore my front axle completly apart today after work... birf isnt broken, but the thurin bearing was a mess, when i jacked my front axle up the whole driver side knuckle and everything fell off tire included..

everything arrived today, i got the eliminator kit today, along with all new arp's and hardware along with rebuild kits.. hoping to get the truck 100% this weekend...

napa swapped out my PS pump no questions asked, which was legit, but when i pulled old one off i noticed the vacum line that goes into the bottom of it, it has 2 vacum lines into one bolt into ps pump, was snapped off, which probably cause the old pump to fry.. only thing is toyota is the only one who can get the part and they want $113 for.. its flippin plastic!

sounds like you had quite the break. Were you just crawling through crushers or somethin?  :driving: It'll be nice to have a freshly rebuilt axle. I'm planning on doin mine sometime soon too.

I wouldn't worry about that lil plastic thing on the PS pump. When I put my TG pump on I just plugged those two vaccuum lines an I have not had any problems. But then again it's not the stock pump. You should put an inline cooler in. I went through PS pumps like crazy before I put one in, but it helped alot. :dunno:

TIMS89CRAWLER

the 2 little vacuum lines are just to idle up the engine when turning.... not having them hooked up will not burn up the pump... I have both of mine open and have had no issues....
Having a 12 second Honda is just like coming out of the closet; You're going to surprise a bunch of people, but in the end you're still gay.

worked on my truck a little today.. rechecked all my front end and retightend everthing... seems to all be good except my hub wont disengage still... also re routed my rear fuel lines a little cleaner and tightend my steering wheel play.. seems to be working pretty good now.. power steering is still working too which is a plus.. hopefully it survives for awhile..
