what Clutch to buy....

doing my dual case at the end of this month and figured its a good time to replace my stock clutch and fix my rear main seal that leaks. whats a good wheelin/ dd clutch? what clutchs are you guys running and how do you like them?  :usa:

ok good deal... does it feel like a centerforce real stiff? i kinda like that but idk how it would be wheelin all day

From what others have told me, the Marlin clutch is not as snappy as the CF. I did not mind the CF Dual Friction I currently run in fact I actually really like it but I think the Marlin clutch is a lot smoother. Thats what is going in next so once I get it in I will report back.

I have Marlin clutch right now. Very smooth and good for the price. I also used to have the Exedy clutch and which is not bad also

Marlin's clutches are smooth!!  :yesnod:  Make sure you get the flywheel surfaced with the 0.026" step.

ok for sure i was told center forces heat up while wheeling and wont let you shif. my buddy had one abd it did that...?

I put the 1200lb hd clutch in when i redid my motor...got about 70 miles on it now and its smooth as butter, you wont be disappointed!

Go with the Marlin 1600 lb, it's a great clutch on and off road good firm peddle and excellent holding for crawling.

i had dual cases an i ran the downy super clutch i loved it (sold my truck) still with almost a year with nothing but off-roading an still holding strong an the pedal feels great.....  :beerchug:

im running Marlins HD 1600lb. clutch with dual cases and  i really like it..

ok so i just went to robs offroad and orded my marlin 1200 heavy duty cluch kit and i bought marlins flywheel too that surface at .026 only a little under 300 bucks for both

The Marlin HD clutch is the 1600lb.
