just got my mc007 dual addapter with the 10 degree clock! but it didnt come with the shifter knob!!!

Halladay

ok so most of you know im about to start my duals and flat belly. whats the best way to flat belly my rig? (remember it has a three in body lift) i ordered the front rage offroad crossmember and skid plate combo and going to lift the tranny and t-cases that way but then my motor is at a angle. anyone heard of extended motor mounts?  :headscratch: or know of anyone making them?

Halladay

got the front locked up now with birf eliminators. picked them up for 300 with the super joints

toyotanner

if you go flatbelly you have to raise the motor if you plan on driving it on the road otherwise your tcases will chatter

Halladay

ya i know but for 200 bucks i couldnt pass it up. i would have spent more in tubing... let alone a bender, wire, gas, and time lol

toyota_smasher

no i dont i was going to start one a while back but never did i have pics of it on my myspace if you want to see it. Do you live in oregon city? i havent seen the truck sense it left the backyard lol

Here is pictures of the cage set on my truck. i still need to cut off my old bumper and cut my fenders to match the bottom tube on it. What do you guys think? paid 200. i know it would have been cooler if i made it myself but i would have been into it that much in tubing. let alone wire and gas for my welder. and a tubeing bender or i should say kinker

im going to lower the front of the cage down a couple inchs as well as tuck the rear closer to the cab. im going to grind down the guys welds that i bought it from and re-weld it cause he ARC welded the whole cage lol

I really dont think you need to do this. Those welds arent bad and from what I remember Arc welders get better penetration than MIG.

Dingman.

It depends if the welder knew what they were doing.

If the welds are good i wouldn't worry about it.
Whats the ratchet strap for?

Ive seen a lot worse and they arent bad welds. I just think it might be a waste of time to grind every weld down and reweld em up.

Ratchet strap was holding it down.
