My brother is openning up a smog shop pretty soon in Yuba City around the beginning of July "09.....I'd have to get the exact address for anyone who's in the area ..Will keep everyone posted.Just trying to help him out and spread the word since his first shop in Elk Grove didn't go so well..Thanks alot guys.....

Are all toyota trucks ending up as 'Test Only' ?

Really?  All they do is sniff the tailpipe and pass you if it's good?  That's kinda cool!

Depends on your county...Definitely Sacramento.But I know for sure that Yuba City and Marysville area doesn't do Dyno and only the typical Rev-up..unless you fail as a Gross-Polluter then a dyno....Not too sure about the TEST-Only thingy though..

For sure. My smog guy in Grass Valley does free pretests. Saves a lot of headache.
