Do they work from the individual doors and not just the master switch?

If they don't work from the master switch pull the switch and clean the contacts(under the switches), or replace the switch.

i believe there is a little box under the driver side dash that controll the locks and windows and junk. if im not mistaken its blue but i could be wrong. you can track the wires coming out of your door to find it. its full of relays and whatever else. you could try replacing that
