new from new mexico

hi im ryan live in albuquerque nm, new to marlin, dont know how to work it. lol i have an 85 toy regular cab long bed, in the process of being built almost done. have marlin shackles and allpros 7in lift, detroit up fron and spool in rear, marlin dual case adapter plate finishing up with that. has 22r stock, all sitting on 36in tires. picked up the truck at a DWI auction last summer for 700 bucks. the truck was a mess 4 different colors and lots of dents so the doors didnt open. i poped out some dents and then primered the truck grey. i then bought some used 34in swampers from some guy on craigslist, then marlin shackles and a detriot in the back and wheeled it like that for a while. then a few months ago i broke it all down and started the new build. almost complete i will out up pictures as soon as i figure out how to.

What's wrong with Photobucket? Besides the fact that I can't view it from work

It's easy to use - click "use old uploader" and you can upload a bunch of pics at the same time.

i forgot to mention that my truck also has 5:29s, im going to get the dual case in tomorrow and drive shafts later in the week then ready to wheel. if anyone is in the albuquerque area send me a message and we will do a group run. my buddy matt is coming he has an 87 runner sas, pretty moded. let me know if you can come.

so i called marlin today to ask if my cage was ever going to be sent out. and guess who answered. Marlin him self. and he started to help me then he came back on the phone and said. i dont know why i answered the phone. lol. i dont answer the phones. let me get your number and have someone call you right back. pretty crazy i think. well good talking to you Marlin. lol. anywho, they just got a couple cages in stock and one will be shipping to me with in the next few days. thanks Marlin.

truck is finaly done went wheeling last weekend. awesome time. tore it up now got to fix it again. i guess thats half the fun lol. ;ill get some pictures up as soon as i can. should be some pretty good ones. my buddy's wife took them so just got to get em from her.
