clutch noise
« on: May 29, 2009, 08:35:45 PM »
hey guys, getting used to the new old truck , i know its gonna squeak and rattle, was wondering why does the clutch make noise if i slightly press on the pedal?  its a squeaking whirr, not terribly loud it goes away when i fully depress the clutch. also when im in neutral and the clutch is out i can hear some noise from the bellhousing area. is this common? it goes silent when i do press in the clutch.
it drives good just way noisy, and it desperately needs carpet to help the matter.   i also have the tendency to think noise means broken, and i know better that that is not always true.  ocd whatcagonna du eh? :chillpill:
