Ok, I got the noob out of my system  :gap:

I'm from Bellingham, Washington. (hour or so north of seattle), 24.

Owner of a 1980 Toyota Flatbed.  Recently welded the rear diff (as of last night) and love it.  I have some nice plans for the truck, with lots of help from you guys hopefully.  I really have no clue what i'm doing, I just learn as I go.  Nothing beats scrapping your knuckles all night wrenching, then throwing a box wrench and breaking something expensive out of frustration....then going back for more.

I also own a 1994 Dodge 4x4 12v Cummins that is my baby .  So hopefully there are some other diesel heads around here.  I'll try to use the search button as much as possible, but some questions just need the good old noob approach, like the one i'm gonna post now about my trucks hard starting   :hammerhead:

I'm not much of a diesel head but my tow rig is a 2002 Chevy Duramax with an Edge Hot Juice.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Having a 12 second Honda is just like coming out of the closet; You're going to surprise a bunch of people, but in the end you're still gay.

They must like the smell of cummins, thats why there always behind xD

I shouldn't be talking though, I swapped a 5spd in my dodge in place of the slushbox.  I cant race for the life of me, but man I love rowing through the gears listening to the engine.  If I catch you on a roll on from about 35, then its on  :beerchug:
