Donahoe Gets Sentenced To 8 Years .

 I posted a thread about Donahoe when he first got busted and a couple people though I was making it up so I deleted the thread . I learned about when it first happened and alot of people didn't know about it . Anyway , he's been in jail ever since and he was just sentenced to 8 years :

If I recall correctly...the only objection I had to the thread was, at the time I don't even think he was charged with a crime. I said he may be as guilty as a dog in an icebox, but to throw accusations like that around in a public forum could seriously damage a person (if he wasn't charged or was found not guilty) or subject the owner of said forum (Marlin) to damages in a libel suit.

Now...he's been found guilty by a jury of his peers, he should get a little of what is due him in jail. I hope they give him Gojo (with pumice) as a lube!

When I first heard about it, it tripped me out. Some of my friends (Dan/Blingtaco, Demello, etc...) & I went  out prerunning the Baja 500 with him and his crew a few years ago. Seemed like a normal dude. I guess you never know.

Yup , Im sure he will be in PC , he wouldn't live through the night if he was in general population . He was a distribuitor , which is just as guilty as a producer in my opinion . Kinda sucks for his family , he had one kid and one on the way when he was taken into custidy .
