thanks, yea thats with a harbor freight "pipe" bender haha. the original plan was a rear stinger/tire carrier that dropped down not a swung open on, but i would of stuck out way to far. maybe down the road when it turns into a truggy haha

PROBLEM  :rivers:

ugh the engine lags soo much power, and just got home from a quick drive and popped the hood the floppin' turbo was red not orange but red hot. so my uncle (yotaman souk) was thinkin of swapin his 22re-t off of his blue flat bed cuz that thing hauls ass.

i just have a normal head not a turbo head cuz the freaker cracked and is at the machine shop, and have a garett t3/t4 turbo <-- dunno how to spell, and its too big. so this weekend might just swaps engines cuz that one has the turbo head n stock turbo and huals. might just try to put the stock turbo on and see how what goes first

Talk to Crawlerdan here on the forums he's doing a 2JZGE Swap in his 4Runner and has done lots of research. he may be able to help you on the IC.
Also... you can find turbo heads.... ebay and craigslist bro.

Also, your turbo lags cause its hot....
do you have a BOV?

really your timing was off one tooth and it made that much of a difference?
right on glad it was an easy fix.

idk what the difference between a Turbo & Non-Turbo head are.... but careful not to let it get too hot.
