Again, why would you not upgrade now? That makes no sense    It sucks more to replace a clutch later when you have to pull the tranny and put it back in. Not fun. Do yourself a favor and do it now.

its usually a good idea to cut the rod that goes to the axle from the Load Sensing Proporioning Valve on the rear of the truck.  that system is meant for a stock truck that doesnt offroad. with it attached to the axle, you will go wheeling and it will screw up the valve thats bolted on the frame.  what most people do is cut the rod about 6 or 8 inches from the LSPV and use a turn-buckle or string or ziptie or whatever you have to attach the rod to the floor of the truck. that way, you can still adjust it and it wont get ruined while wheeling!
