Just for whatever, not sure where my thread went. I did have problems with photobucket, and I am trying to get it all on one thread..

I am a mechanic, but in my field you need to be a jack of all trades.  I am not an auto-mechanic by any means, more of an industrial type.
I work for parks and rec. and see ur truck over by the quick stock u ever take it out?

In that vid, the bead sheared the valve stem, and shot it across our vehicle shop.  I had to replace the stem and set the bead again.  I am Running 10 oz of airsoft, in those tires and they balanced perfect.

The proportioning valve behind your twin sticks: I am guessing it controls the rears discs? I like the placement of it.

Thanks, I had it under the hood, but I decided to reduce the line adapters and go with a direct connection to the line lock.

Got the Cromo, bolts (got 30 need 16), bearings.

Bearings.  There are only so many ways to go.  17mm, 20mm, and 25mm.  All basicely hold the same dimensions ( a slight variaton on the 25mm  ), if you want off the shelf.  The 25mm are all ISO, wether its Kyoyo, Tim or NSK.  I prefer Kyoyo (back order till Feb.).

Here is the bearings (slightly chopped for the site), upper 25mm, lower 17mm

Whats the reasoning for the line lock since you have the 700r4?

81yotalove

im guessing he knows that automatic park gears aren't very strong and shouldn't be used to park on inclines at all.

I dunno, if your parked at 65*, and walk away.  Do you get a warm feeling that your truck may not be in the same spot, when you get back.  Its also part of a future project.

Thanks guys.  I am re-doing my drag link, got the tube insert today, but they forgot the TRE, it will be here tomarrow.  Its custom, TRE at the arm and heim at the box.  I'll be using stainless seamless, nothing bling, and I'll probably paint it.  I'll do the tie rod next, and that will be Cold DOM steel.  Probably install in the next week, if its nice enough

I started cutting my extra rear housing, I will shave it, possible rotate, armor it, and put stuff where I want it.  Rotating would keep my pinion high and brakes in the same position.  I use shims to achieve this now, and I want them gone.
