Ok, so due to a previous topic in this section, i have decided to make a poll to try to persuade big mike to put the magic turtles back on the forums.

For those of us who have been around long enough, you know the excitement we used to all share when you would sign on to check unread posts since last visit... all is normal until you see that green thing floating across the screen

... you are now faced with a decision

... to click it, or not to click it...

So you weigh your options... If i click it my points could go up and maybe... just maybe ill get as many points as Big Mike or DTB... then i can be amongst the gods too

. But what if its an evil turtle

... i may loose points

... but its a

... how can it be evil? So you choose to click it... but in your 3 seconds of thinking about if i should click it or not some other punk half way across the US stole your opportunity and beat you to the magic floating turtle first!

Now you will never know if it was an evil turtle or not... and the search goes on for the next

... until one day, they were all gone.

For those of you who were not fortunate enough to share this experience with us, i am deeply saddened and think you should vote yes so you can share in this extraordinary game called turtle hunting.
For those of you who dont really care and dont have an opinion, your vote also counts as a yes vote because everyone has and opinion
For those pesky jeep drivers, you vote counts as a yes due to the above rule mentioned before this one.
And for those few who are about to pick option 5, revert back to the top of this list.

bigmike did not make them go away, they were not compatible with the new software upgrades to the site

If you want to play games you can goto the arcade at the top of the page. Another option would be for BigMike to create "Magic Turtles" the game & put it in the arcade .

Jim's right - the turtles are not compatible with the updated forum, and haven't been for years. Again, this is probably the 5th poll regarding bringing the turtles back

man u guys ruin my fun at midnight and 1am you know that?... your all fun wreckers. lol i miss those little guys. ill have a friend rewrite the program so that it is compatible with the new forums. what was teh issue, this forum uses java or another code that the program wasnt written in?

He did mention something about bringing them back, but product info on the main site, always take precedence. Turtles are very low on the list of priority. I miss the little bastards. And we haven't had them since I got DSL.

i havent seen the turtles show up for me in almost 2 years probably. i have a mac, and i have a desktop that i both use and dont see them on either computers. i just assumed they were taken down long ago.
