Rokyoat's mild DC Tacoma build-up

Just talked to them and they are sending another shipping slip out to send them the adapter and crawl box this time. They think the coupler might be alittle bit too long (like 1/8th in.)  I'm not sure I'm buying that coupler is too long. I don't understand how it could be too long and everything still go together with no issues...
Has anyone heard of this happening and being an issue before? I have not heard of this before.

After thinking about it more, there is no way that the coupler can be too long.  Unless I am just that lucky to get a coupler that is too long twice. They said they have seen the problem, but it has only happened a couple times.  And the first time it was just a bearing noise from lack of oil, and I was able to still drive it. I still havent recieved the shipping slip but when i do i am going to call MC and see if I can get a new adapter. I just dont feel confindent this one will work for me.

id call everyday till its settled. ive had to do this with another vendor a few times on parts.

i talked to MC again about the thought that the coupler is too long. They are saying the couple from the tranny to the input could be too long. Im still not buying it since that has not been changed and it was fine for a couple thousand miles until the bearing went out.

my point exactly... its been going on for over a month, that gives plenty of time around Christmas to be dealing with this and should in my opinion have been made a priority given they have been having an issue with a product long before Christmas made the shop busy

Im planning on pulling it apart Monday. I was going to wait until i got the stuff to ship it back, but i decided im just going to drive it down there. It will be a full day of driving, but im tired of waiting on them. Im going to stand there and stare at them til its fixed.

I took it apart again yesterday and after the 3rd time having out I figured out the problem. It was MY fault, 100%. I screwed when installing the crawl box the 1st time and didn't catch it til now.  I called MC and they said they would still take care of it and replace the damaged parts. Their shop is 4 hours south of me so I drove down today and got the new parts since it was my Fuk up. I should have it back together tomrw.
