Hello my name is Marcos, I'm 19 and live in So.Cal. I'm new to this forum and new to yotas but been into this whole off-road thing for about two years. I recently bought a 1985 4runner for $300. I know that by the price tag you might think i got a piece of junk but its not, I just got a great deal.

Well I know the basics and I'm here to learn and provide the little knowledge that i have.

Thanks!

Thanks! I had been searching for a 4runner for a while and this one came out of the blue so i couldn't let this deal go.

I'm actually trying to find my camera's usb cord to upload some pics.

Nice runner.  Best $300 anyone has ever spent!  The axles alone are worth that much.

Hey guys I had gone MIA from this forum for a bit (my RC crawlers keep me away) and I'm now starting to work on the runner. I started tearing into it and so far I pulled out the carpet and rhino lined the whole cargo area of the truck. Also pulled out the rear bumper and is waiting to get a custom bumper made. I have been working on the engine and the drivetrain and everything is decent shape. The truck had been sitting for about 4 years so I'm draining all the fluids out and puting in new juice. I am in need of the computer for the truck as that is the reason the previous owner parked it. I don't have many reliable Toyota parts stores around here and the dealers don't carry them here. I have read the rules and understand that I need 12 post before I can post a wanted ad and thats fine with me. Well sorry for the really long story but I just wanted to update you guys on what was going on. :turtle3:
