Hi Thanks for the welcome! I have been super busy running my backcountry mountain bike tours in Canyonlands National Park, Moab, Utah! I will introduce some of the finer points, and try not to make this too long winded!

After working for many years with big overpowered, under chassis'd Ford trucks(which break in half becuase of their weight and torque), i thought i would build a super efficient backcountry support vehicle that was ergonomic for the guides, fun to drive, WAY better on gas, and just more fun and unique than the other common overpriced piles being used!

Having a couple of months of down time in the winter allows me to recover from my season, and make improvements to my own business.

The truck i started out with is a 1988 SR5 Xtracab 4x4 ifs, Fuel injected 22rec. Clean body, moldy interior, from Portland,Oregon.

I will post more as time continues...i am building another trailer this week, building a 4runner for day tours around Moab, builing up my New Santa Cruz Nomad mountain Bike, and traveling around the West riding my bike and driving my truck in the best locations for vacationing.
Check out my website at www.magpieadventures.com and be sure to check out the image gallery because my friend Anthony Sloan has taken some incredible photos of our trips! In fact, if anyone wants to link to my website, feel free to do so! send me a message letting me know, and we'll link back to ya!

Looking Forward to adventure and working/playing with yall!

PS i have a question regarding the transmission, so i will post my question there some time soon.

Thanks,
Mike
