Yeah I am going in tomorrow to get the shoulder fixed. Does buying more stuff count as working on my rig? Maybe you can come over and fix it for me while a take some percocet and have a beer.

If I spend one whole day on it maybe. I need to do the Front frame mounts and track bar bracket. Then swap axle parts. I think I may take it next to Damians to get the axle sand blasted.

Today I fabbed up the brackets for the front upper links to go on the frame. Made some plates to go on the frame first.

Used the plasma to cut up the plate

All welded up. I will weld them to the frame this weekend.

Here is a tip for cutting holes with your plasma. Use old bearing races for a guide

Used plasma to notch 2x1/4" DOM

After welding links and letting them cool I used a huge tap to clean them up. They only shrunk a little bit. Not much metal in tap. I thought they would be worse.

I really like my rig now 8) It worked out that as the suspension flexes the pinion continuously points to the transfer case flange.
