O.K. here's the deal i have an '87 pickup with a 22re when i bought it, it had a blown head gasket so i got that fixed. i have 160 psi on all cylinders.  I can't get it to run good or idle, i will run but i have to stay on the gas, i have set the tps and it is good air flow meter is good, i have good injectors brand new distributer, cap, rotor, and plugs.  all my wires are good i have looked at all of them.  my ecu tested good, and so is my injector voltage regulator.  any ideal what to check next??? and my timing is set with my crank on 0 and my cam is set straight up then i advanced them to 5, then put my distributer in.

thanks,
Marty

k here's the deal i did alot more testing in the last week i have NO vac. leaks, timing was set a zero and then again at 5 nothing happened. a buddy of mine took it to his house to shop on it to see if their was anything he can do, he has been a yota tech for 22 years and he is doing a few OLD SCHOOL test on it. I will keep you informed as we go.

GOT IT after a week or so of testing he came up with a verdict............it was the fuel injector plugs on cylider 2 and 4 their was a wire pulled out of the plug on both of them so they wern't opening. We fixed that put some new plugs in it and readjusted valve's and not she runs like a champ!!!!
