22re code issue

i got a code but i dont understand it. the book says that when you have a code any thing over 10 there is a pause but mine blinks 11 time in a row with no pauses. The book says code 11 is a interuption to ignition switch which is wierd cause i have no problems starting or running. any one know whats going on with this
