Sweet!  I'm glad to see people are still getting out to hunt.  Twice in the last month I've gone out to quail hunt where I have for many years, and both times they were marked no hunting  :shake:  I think quail runs through this weekend, and if it does I need to get out once more.  I see myself hunting jack rabbits this winter, just to have something to go out looking for.

You can go through life being scared of the possible, or you can have a little fun and tease the inevitable.

Give a man venison, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to hunt Blacktail, he'll be frustrated for life!

:pokinit: forgot about this thread, Ive been all hunting a ton all over the place this fall and winter

Ive also been doing a bunch of shed hunting.  I need to get a pic of the house at our ranch, I have the whole railing on the 40ft deck almost topped with horns now and every pillar going to the roof has a rack or two of horns screwed on.  I also am getting into coyote hunting and just called in my first one about a week ago just waiting for duck season to end and im going to hit that hard

Oh and thats my free boat ive been mobbing since late sept without an issue probably like 60 hrs so far, we call it the warlock, its a 14ft valco with a 79 evinrude that looks brand new.  Fully unregistered but we never see any police on the water down here

Holy frickin ducks in that first pic  :yikes:  Is that a coot on the gate  :haha:  Where are you in the pic of the gun on the shoreline?  Kinda looks like it's near the ocean?  Nice score on the free boat too, if I had more space and time I'd start snagging all the free or super cheap boats I see on craigslist.

seasons over now, I hit it majorly hard this weekend for not much back.  Probably got about 12 ducks this week and that was shooting pretty much whatever came close enough
