jud weld some braces inside that hanger from the front to back.  If you don't the front will bend back when you smack rocks.

Yea I've seen soo many of these hangers get hammered and like 5 people have told me to do that. Honestly I wont mind when it bends back, all that will happen is give me more clearance. lol

add a 2nd f150 leaf to them to begin with,
that should help alot
I had a set and I loved them.
I bought 6"s  and removed 1 leaf and it was 4" with lots of flex
but went flat wthin a month, I added the pulled one but it didnt help.
really what can u expect we beat on our shiz

for sure and bump stops help a lot to. My buddy cody his marlin thing is coods he has the datsun he has tg5" mixed theres like 5 leaves in the pack three of which are tg and they flex amazing but he can still rally around and it doesn't get a bunch of stupid body roll. I talked to my buddy joel about them and his buddy had stock 4"ers and they were unloading everywhere going down hills and what not..

Got a new ported sub box if anybody cares...

My old prefab sealed box doesn't work real well behind the seat because the sub doesn't have anyplace to resignate causing it to sound flat. The new one was made with a slotted port and the correct airspace for the 12" JL w0 so it will sound way better and more boooooommmmmm instead of just boommm
