I got my old, old, old 33" MTRs back until I save money to get some 37's or 40's.

I'm looking at offroad lights to replace my headlights with. I'm looking at ProComp lights and the ones I want I get to choose between a spot beam or a fluted beam. Which beam would be better? I have never heard the term fluted beam before. Is it kind of a in between of a flood and spot?

the pro comps suck. i had a pair of 9" pro comps that wernt nearly as bright as the 6" hellas.

I'm gonna do either the 5" ProComp fluted beam which has a 55W bulb or some 100W Tractor lights. My buddy runs 100W tractor lights on his F-Toy and they're pretty bright.

my hellas are 55w and are way bright, but the pattern is small and they suck as headlights.  i like the skattered pattern idea.

New tires, Welded front, ARP knuckle studs, rebuilt knuckles, 6" 55W ProComp lights for headlights.

Just got home from La Grange. Had to make sure the front tires didn't rub too bad before Rubicon next weekend.

Walked Soup Bowl Friday night on the way in. Walked the Box Saturday night until I slid left just a little too soon at pivot rock. My left rear tire was undercut and I sheared my left rear axle shaft at the carrier. Had a great time though.

splines still in the carrier. I'm gonna try and use a magnet to get it out. I really don't want to have to pull the 3rd.

Anybody have a ifs rear axle shaft? preferably the whole shaft/wheel bearing and all that?

Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos.    :rofl2: And a beer. If your old enough.   :beerchug:

OOP's did the same thing at Fordyce but his snapped in 2 places. Truck looks sick though, I might have to borrow that hood idea with the expanded metal. Any problems with it like that?
Bobbed 84 xtra cab, pickin up parts as I go.

If at first you do not succeed, put it in 4low and try again.

Jud

Broken shaft in the carrier just came out like butter with my telescoping flashlight/magnet.
