so after going to the round up it got a spark in my  so i went to town on my body cut out the tunnel got my body back on again. today i started making a frame for the tunnel. its gonna be 16 gauge from that frame down to hold the floor together somwhat. above that frame there will be antother to match it that i will build the rest of the tunnel around. the plan is to make it removable.

sweet dude, keep up the good work. i just have one question, with the trans/t-case mounted that high, you have to move the t-case/trans mounts on top of the frame or what?, can i get a picture of how you mounted the trans/tcase to the frame , thanks.

the pics are on the 2nd page of the thread. i torched the ends of the x member and bent them down. didnt really have to but it was that much less i have to cut outta the floor

so i decided to cut the front of the frame off and build it out of 2x3x3/16. i dont really like that factory front xmember. finished one side up then ran out of plate.....luckily because the pass side was too high(you can see in the pic) so i fixed that, what a PITA. mocked up my fenders and grill. links should be here in a day or so.

yea i know. i just got done getting the frame square...ish. also started my fender mounts and radiator mounts

just got done tearing every single wire that truck had out. there isnt going to be one factory wire. im gonna hate it down the road when i have to start wiring the engine and lights and heater etc up

got the lowers tacked up. forgot to order two of the flex joints for the upper link so it wont be ready to flex out for a while
