today we signed papers on our first house today.  We should have the keys on tues or wed of next week.  It is 3 bed 2.5 bath 1745 sg ft with rv access.  it is also on a court so that is good.  here's some pics from when they still lived there

:cheer:   Congratulations dude!  That's a really nice house!    :cheer:

It'll be fun to put your own personal touches on it to make it yours.......PLEASE start by taking down the stupid stuff they are using for bedroom curtains!    That drives me insane when people have such a nice place and then do stuff like that to it.
RIP Kyle, we love and miss you man.  :smooch:

:shake_head:  You didn't get a yard big enough to put all of your yota junk in the back.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Congrats on the house man. I'm in the process of selling my 2nd. Hopefully it closes 18th of July. In the mean time I have pack all my crap, and go to Nashville to buy another one.
I'm not as good as I once was, but, I'm as good once as I ever was.

ya i am pretty much hosed when it comes to electrical at this house.  there is no attic, and it is slab on grade so i will be having to tear out sheetrock to add stuff.  depending on the panel size i might change it to a 200 amp before we move in.

first thing on the list is to change locks, then we are gonna repaint the whole house, then we will be changing all the floor to wood.  i am also gonna change all of the fixtures, lights and faucets.  it has polished brass  light fixture and i hate them.  amanda wants rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures.  i want to put the side yard in concrete and pour a driveway out to the street.  that will have to wait though.  we have about 20k to do all the upgrades so we'll see how far we get.  the floors alone are gonna be about 7 grand  with me installing them.  i also bought epoxy coat for the garage floor and a wall of cabinets for the garage.  each cabinet is 48wx21dx80t and i bought 4 of them.
