search... there are many milage threads
I guess you definatly caught the jeep thing! Well since my 87 4Runner has a 14 gallon tank, I fuel up & put an average of 13 gallons, 18mpg x 13gal = 23419mpg x 13gal = 24720mpg x 13gal = 260Does that help?
Ride a bike, then you will get the best milage you can get!
Stock 2001 4Runner around 20mpg
thanks for the smooch I miss you too !
Our runners sound alot a like Mini....I'm guessing you get better mileage because you have a much longer commute to work than I do. I rarely drive any longer than 10 miles at a time and I'm only getting about 16 mpg in my V6 97 4Runner.

I'm looking for mileage traveled to a tank of fuel. Not a MPG number.
Why wouldn't you want an actual data point that can be equally compared? Number of miles on a tank is pointless unless you know the size of the tank. I'm sure some of the people on the board likely don't have stock tanks for easy comparison.
If MPG is your goal, find a Toyota pickup with the diesel engine. 30mpg+.Very hard to find. Other than that, find something with the newer 22RZ or similar. These get a consistent 25mpg.
20MPG in my 85 4runner with 37's and 5.29
