If you buy from all-pro ask for Pepe.  He's a good guy to deal with and gives great customer service.

it's not that they weren't nice and I realize mistakes happen.  I just thought that since I was spending so much and they knew the order was traveling to hawaii they would've double checked.  Besides they said the reason it took 6 weeks to be sent out was because one part was out of stock and they didnt want to send it to me incomplete.

IMO they are human and mistakes happen, not wanting to send incomplete is understandable shipping is not cheap and as for trying to sell the incorrect lift, it makes sense to me because of the whole shipping thing     :twocents:

If you got springs that were different than what you ordered it should be their dime to get you the correct parts.

I agree. However with shipping time i'd be out of a truck for probably another 2 months since it's suspension is gone.  I can live with the 4 inch but would've appreciated them suggesting that they'd resolve it.  I was just a little disappointed with the whole situation and wanted to let potential all-pro customers know that they should inquire when ordering about all the details so the same thing doesn't happen to them.

What's up Ken?.I'm real sorry about the mix up.I'm not the one you talked to when you first called today but I did take your order.I don't exactly remember what size springs you ordered but if you got the incorrect ones,I appologise. From what I was told after you called today there was a concern on your end about being able to clear 35s with the 4 Inch springs without having to do any fender trimming.4 Inch springs are what we recomend for a 35 inch tire.As far as the wait,I appoligise about that too but I explained to you when you placed the order that when a shipment goes out Aloha Freight,it has to be complete before it leaves our warehouse,so if an item is back ordered,we have to hold the order until it is complete, unlike UPS where we can ship right away,if an item is back ordered we can ship that item when we receive it.Let me see what I can do and I will give you a call in the morning...Just to give you an idea, here's a couple of pictures of some of my customer's trucks. The first one is one of my other Hawaiian buddies Max.He's running 4" Springs in the front of his 4Runner with 37" MTRs with absolutely no fender trimming and has no rubbing issues. The second picture is my buddy Ed's Toy and he's also running 4" Springs all the way around with 35" BFG Mud Terrains with no fender trimming and no rubbing issues as well.

The last time i went up to kalaheo dam was with my 83 toyota and somebody stuck a tree stump with roots on it in a mud pit.  The stump got wedged between my drivers side front and rear tires.  It took us 2-3 hours to dig it out and wedge it out from between the tires.  It was like a lock.  I now live in Hilo.  Sooooo many rocky fishing trails here, which is why I'm building my truck.

sweet!!!I live in Juneau alaska now, theres no real trails around me except for a few rocky hiking trails that's illegal to wheel and only a toyota can fit through the barriers.no one here knows about SASing rigs, everytime i try explaining it to someone they got a blank look on their face. so it'll be the first in juneau.
