memorial day weekend at rubicon

we have a pretty good size group going to rubicon for memorial day weekend.  we'll be heading out friday night, probably stay at loon lake friday night, and wheel all through the weekend.  i'm really hoping some one with a toyota will join us because my wife and i will be the only ones in our group with toys.  let me know

great!  the group i'm going with is all jeeps(cherokee's).  we should be heading out friday and be there friday night sometime.  what do your rigs look like, just so i can keep an eye out.  you won't be able to miss my wifes(if its ready by then).  it will be black with pink springs, shockhoops, and maybe an exo.

sweet!  the more the merrier.  i got my truck all tore apart tonight and the locker installed in the carrier.  now all i have to do is put it back together and hope my stock birfields hold up.  i feel like its christmas again!

we are getting more people in our group as it gets closer it started with 5-7 rigs now we are up to 9-11 rigs that are going for sure and they are all yotas

awsome!  hopefully i'll have my truck done by tongiht and start getting ready.  all the guys with the chorokees that were supposed to be going with me all backed out.  but i got a couple of the guys i work with going, one has a 66 bronco and the other is a full size chevy thats going to be beat by the time it gets through. i'll still have my toy there and hopefully my wifes toy.

well be prepared to not be back at your camp when you want to if you decide to wheel.  It will take a full day to get pretty much anywhere

Just a word of warning. Be safe, do not park your rigs more then 25 feet off the center of the trail or you will get a ticket. Remember, Rubicon is a county road, the LEO's will be out and tickets will be given and if you give them crap you will be put in jail. Watch the drinking, underage drinking, drinking while driving, the LEOS will write you up for it that includes open container and DUI. Leave the place cleaner then when you got there. Make sure you pack out all your stuff including your POOP!!!!!! Have fun and be safe.

100% understood already, tryin to keep it open for as long as we possible can.
