"Later, I learned that even though I engage 4WD my hubs are not automatically locking? Something about manual locking hubs I think. What's manual mean? I need to read a manual to lock them? lol  So I found these neat autolocking hubs and installed them. Sometimes they dont stay locked while I am backing up, but that's fine because I dont have a backup camera to see where Im going (like our RV) so I just simply dont ever back up"- BigMike

:dunno: Will see what it does. My buddy gave the 63" and I have always wanted to inboard some springs so trial and error I guess. Have you heard of them not working well this way? They are just tacked in there. Is it a bad idea? Input please

i would think that they would flex better being inboarded. isnt the marlin f-toy springs inboarded?? it seems to work good. ive never seen any "in person" but it seems like a good idea  :twocents:

Gittinit

I like my inboard chevys, but I didn't inboard as much as some do.

Don't be so defensive, he is prolly just looking for insight for his own build.
