Topic: 1981 22r question about mounting ACV/ASV to engine

I removed and rebuilt a smog 22r engine about year ago.  I am having trouble mounting the ACV/ASV.   It appears the part just bolts directly to block but the holes are just off enough not to work.  I am beginning to think I misplaced a bracket as the ACV/ASV rubs the block as I try to mount it.

This is the first part of the emissions maze I am trying to hook up and it is kicking my a$$.

I think this was originally a cali truck.  It did not have AC, so the smog pump is mounted down low on passenger side.  One of the air hoses run straight back from the smog pump to the acv/asv(appears as one unit).  There are two bolt holes in the bolt just above the starter.  Can someone(cali?) with same setup take a quick look to determine if acv/asv has mounting bracket.

I found the bracket.  Man, I got pieces of this truck everywhere - not good.  .   A couple of pictures in case someone else has my organizational skills.
