Without even looking I know I have one down the block from us, and another a couple blocks away.
My sister was wondering why I was all about the barely dressed teen age girls parading their stuff around on halloween. It was like porn night, and we have sex offenders all over our neighborhood.
I couldn't believe parents would let their young daughters out of the house like that to knock on STRANGERS doors for candy!

No law against it here either, there is a guy living right across the street from an elementary school by my house thats on there.

EDIT: the 4 that are grouped together live DIRECTLY next to the elementary school.

Fortunately none in my neighborhood but there are some in surrounding areas.  It's a bad situation because nobody wants them around and they have to live somewhere.  Its a big problem and I certainly don't have the answer.
