anybody else hear about him on the news? has been serving the past 10 weeks or so in afgahnistan calling in air strikes until somebody in the press leaked it out. damn good of him to be willing to serve  :beerchug: .

I feel bad for him, it seems like he just wants to be left alone and follow his calling...maybe there's hope for the royal family!

No, that would make perfect sense, actually.  "He was willing to serve, but we had to bring him home because of the media leaks".  Win-win for everyone and all too typical of the stuff that they usually pull.

Whatever.  So he gets some good press and whatnot in order to position him favorably..  At least he's not a total screwup like the rest of his relatives seem to be.  They could do far worse than him as King.

:psss: actually, my first thought was 'idiot media, so typical' and my second thought was exactly as you said... maybe it was all a PR thing. He serves 10 weeks, then the news is 'leaked' by the media and he's got to go home.
