That's a MiG-23, a Russian plane that Saddam had in his air force.  I'm kind of bummed that people tagged them (and other stuff) in the junk yard, but it's cool, none the less.  You can climb up it and sit in the cockpit, and for me, it's pretty cool to be able to do that with something like that.  Cold War- era Russian technology really facinates me for some reason.
