It sounds like I forgot to tighten part of the front suspension when I did my timing chain.....of cours I checked three pluse times to see if I really did and everything is tight. Could this be the bushings going out. I have a 87 22r. ifs of course.
I had to drop the front diff to get the oil pan out. Which I thought I might as well change out the gasket because I HATE oil leaks. I hate exaust leaks almost as much. Anyway I just had to remove three bolts that hold the front cv joint in proper location on the drivers side and 3 on the passenger side as well as the 4 bolts for the cross arm. It is deffently not a engin noise. It happens most when I turn to go into a driveway. Never on strights. And most of the time I am slowing down, turning , and then it happens right at that moment. Like it shifts from the back to the front of something???
