3 wrong tailshaft bushings in a row. r154 trans

hello everybody, just registered on here. Ive got a honda s2000 with a turbo 2jz swap and an r154 trans, not sure where else to turn, Ive talked to a couple importers and searched all over the forums related, but my r154 with the tri-pod mount setup from a toyota soarer or verossa had a bad output shaft bushing, i built the trans up with crawler parts, now my car has been idle in my garage waiting on one bushing for over a month now... ive ordered two different 1.67 OD bushings, and one 1.735 bushing. i measured with my digital dial caliper and my bushing is significantly out of round, it measures 1.55"-1.75". So i have no clues to ordering the correct piece. Does anybody know the bushing i need for my transmission? thank you for the help
