I used the stock Ford bushings in the front of the springs, with the stock Ford bolts, and used sloped 9/16" hangers from Datin Fab.

For the rear of the springs, I drilled out the stock Ford ones with a 1" hole saw, and used some from Marlin Crawler that came with my shackles, along with the bolts that come with the shackles.. They were a perfect fit.

I used the stock ford bushings, since the truck I pulled them from was fairly new they weren't bad. If/when I need new ones, I would call up Energy Suspension to get them.
