Are you seeing any new post, or are you able to post yourself? I'm thinking your seeing a cashed version of the page on your computer from your last visit.

Now I'm confused. I just got an email for a response to a subscribed thread on PBB. When I click the link in the email the thread loads for about 1-second, long enough for me to see that there was a new reply, and then it changes to the screen everybody posted here.

Yup it looks like someone forgot to pay for his domain name, even pirate4x4.com is down not just the bulletin board. Most of the time some adventurous soul quickly buys up the domain names and basically extorts money out of you to give it back.
