check to see if your inner fender well is pushed up against your steering shaft, that happened to me, and it only made noise in one direction

Its not the turn signal or anything like that, i still have no idea, but i will get it  handled by my mechanic tommorow or sometime this week hopefully. I think it might have to do with the fact that when i tried and failed to put the stock steering wheel back on, i put the grant back on, and in doing so, tried to knock off that adapter for the gt wheel and kept knocking on it making it turn with a huge wrench thinking i could get it off, i made it turn and everything and i think this is what happend to it, i didnt think nothin of it and kept trying to turn it to set up the holes properly for the gt grant wheel to be put back on properly so i guess i done this myself  :hammerhead:

sry for the thread jack, but i didnt wan to start a new one when you had a similar problem

hey glen i have the same problem but it is outside, from pass, and only when i turn left. it doesnt happen every time but it happens enough to sketch me out. its not a click, but a loud POP, i have no idea what it could be, other then my broken motor mount on the pass side catching and releasing around turns :dunno: any ideas?
