from a few month back if i remember correctly...

they took the number of post (single posts by users) and put them into a random number generator. then someone in the office would chose a number we'll call it X. they would then spin the random number generator X amount of times and the number that resulted would be the winner.

so when users post more than one post it sorta jacks it all up and makes the lucky person that has to count the entry posts job that much harder.

atleast thats how i remember it... i may be wrong
