first I busted an arb locker housing and totalled that diff cause I ditnīs check it as soon as I figured something was wrong.
then I busted my spare 3rd (wich wasnīt a big surprice but pissed me off cause I was hoping to have 4wd a litle longer)
so I rotated my diffs.

1 pic is of my diffs
2 my busted rear
3. all the types of axles in my truck ( I have a full floating rear)
4. a pinion that I busted a while back.
5. some of the junk I scraped out of my housing

The pics probably explain it all...

I blew up a wheel bearing and so on ...... well the picks speak for them selfs

And I probably have a bent front housing.

The iron case looks like an NP 203. I know there is an adapter out there that will put a 203 to a cruiser case but I don't remember who makes it.

Solid axle + coils is awesome. Is that stock? What year is the HiRunner?

The HiRunner is an example of what happens when you give a garage key to a kid that needs to burn some extra energy and time.... Back then I really had some extra time and something just happened when I studdied what could be done better in one of the best working trucks that where out there back then. the best part was using a frame from a 1989 toy Hilux = in iceland we still had solid front  = the frame is a litle more bent up. that gives you a litle more flex room.  I fitted a 1992 4runner body, cause the double cab was rusted and simply not roomy enaugh, for icelandic winter traweling...
But I am not made of money so I am still getting there, the trucks biggest drawback is the 2l turbo diesel I wanted to buy a 1kzt but they seam to cost all the dimes in the world. so I have purchased a good used 350 chevy, and am now in the prosess of gathering material for that conversion.

there is a build up threat somewhere around here called the hirunner or something like that..... check it out.

I would love 2 get a 3,0 1kzte or a 4,2 diesel... the 2,4 turbo is just enaugh. but nothing more than that. and when I start looking around for engines the 350  pops up every now and then at an resonable price and when I am stuck between giving an arm and an leg or just one thumb for an engine, and with the gas beeing cheeper than diesel it isnīt a brainer....
