I believe that it requires 125psi air.  We got it off Pirate for $800  :eyebrow:  We need some dies for it, but just the hydraulics for the bender new are $1000 :yikes:  Jed already had a JD2 manual bender, but we couldn't resist the deal, so It'll be posted for sale here soon.

I decided to leave the stock tank where it's at....for right now. Mainly just to get through the smog ref. I have been pming back and forth with a guy on pirate, who just went through the 3.4 swap and the smog ref. He told me, the more stuff is stock or stock looking, the easier I will get through.  :crossed:    I got work to do!!

I got one tire mounted!! It looks great!! :woohoo:  I have to do a little work to the other wheel before I can mount the tire. Someone owned me a few $$ so I had him get me a HF 3000lb winch......for the rear suspension!! 8)    A little more tomorrow.

How many bolts on the Boby Long Beadlocks, 24 or 32?  :dunno: Don't forget to smear a liberal amount of balck silicone on the welded ring to seal up any pin holes.  :twocents:

I got the other wheel finished tonight.  Here is the first one done......

  I will mount the other tire tomorrow. I pulled the rear end out from underneath the truck and started cutting off brackets. I ground down what I cut off. I still need to grind the springs perches. Then I can do my brace for the housing.  :)

Great job on the build up. Let me know who you've been talking with on Pirate about smog on the 3.4. I will need some advise once mine is competed.

  Thanks guys!!  :beerchug:

85 and still running.......I will have to look his screen name up for you. Long story short....He said the smog ref prefers everything to look stock! I am using the same parts you are (ORS) . So just keep the stock cats on and don't use any aftermarket parts and you should be fine.

No updates, I have been working.  I have to put this on the back burner, right now. I got the word today, it looks like work is going to take a major crap!!!  :shocking: That's not what I need right now!! :maddest:  I have to fix 3 other trucks to make some $$ to finish this one. Plus I need to work on getting rid of some of my stuff ( the boat, the old truck. etc.) to pay off some bills. I did get the other beadlock done and mounted. I got the other 2 beadlock kits in the mail yesterday. I worked on trussing the rear end but it's not finished yet. I will still be working on it as much as possible. I want to try and make the Marlin round up. And some night runs at the Hammers this summer!!  :crossed:

Thanks for the info. I will check in with you about that screen name from Pirate if I have a problem with the smog ref.

Sorry to hear about work but, I was talking with someone yesterday that wanted your help... There is another truck sitting there awaiting a 3.4 swap after mine.

Believe me, if I was to do it again, I would write him a check for that truck, buy him a threesome in Vegas  :shhh:,  and pay his bar tab for the next 6 months and still spend less than what I have in mine!

:sofa:   No, I am in the middle of moving stuff around the yard and cleaning it up.    That stuff should be done by the end of this coming weekend. I want to get it done soon for the night runs at the hammers this summer and the Round UP.  I did bend up the shock hoops before I let the guy take the old bender on friday. I got some small stuff I needed as well.

Then I can start on this......
`95 Taco  3rz 5psd

This is the problem.....

Yes that is Truck Traders rig in the back ground. I will start a new thread when I get to this one.
