My buddy wants to buy a spare 3rd I have off me 9from my 85 3runner 5spd). What is the stock gear ratio for his 91 4runner 4cyl 22RE? Is it the same as mine?

most likely 4.10s but check thea axle codes or count the teeth to confirm

you should both have G292 gear codes, aka 4.10

I would double check that axle code my 94 had 4.88's in it.

Lucky what is your identi-code on the plate located in the engine compartment?
I'm wondering what model or options are on your rig has to come with 4:88's!

I'd have to go and and look but i think it had the tow package .3.0 with auto and it had a real
factory hitch
