  the bar hone kind f up #1 cly i stop at napa and orderd a ball hone ill have it l8 2 day /waiting on rain atm

why did the bar hone screw it up??  you have to hold it perfectly square to the block

all cly honed h thot it was the bar ho e but after honeing/cleaning the pistons the scurts/scores match on all 4 cly i think from carbon or dirt got in the moter. there was aboot 3mm of carbon on top ihad to soak them in 100% purple power+ sccrub/wire wheel. i still got chek the cat it looks real dark i n thar  ......hmmm i do have 5gall pail of p-power

 bottom end is to geather :] Now for the bad the head i got from EB has a nick on the back coner intake side coolent passedge,i never full check the head after i got it/took it out so now i have to try and peen back the metal so it will seal . i e-mail ted but i need the truck done 2 night . usally it on my vac it's all ways somthing.

motors running fired right up . did my idle up to temp/then pull ups. rcheck headbolts ajustet vavles [ old ajuster,rockers=nosie even tho thy got 30,000 on them] i got let here cool off flush rad + back v-cover leaking feels like the plug moved ,yes it was hot :owch:  i got find a T-light mines at work
