im looking to fab a body lift but cant picture how to do it? pics

just buy a body lift, it isnt worth risking your life or others lives to save a few dollars

i have used 4crawler products for years and the owner of the company is a great guy and very knowledgeable, has done extensive mods to his 4runner

Seriously don't listen to Jim Hockey pucks are only 1 inch and are rock solid. They are awsome!!

Oh and don't forget about the fan shroud/radiator, other than that they are better than manufactured ones. They will never cut a hole in your floorboards.

if you cared to read my first psot, i said 4crawler offroad is where to get it

Safe is a relative term. a baseball bat is safe, but can kill, if it is used other than as it was intended. How many of the modifications to our trucks would everyone consider "safe"? Definitely not lifting them, not re-designing the suspension, not putting bigger tires on them......

When you modify something you have to understand the limits you are placing on it's "safe" use.

Glen had hockey pucks for his lift. As we all know his truck was SLAMMED big time, it was totalled. I don't see the hockey pucks causing any danger to him at all.

Roger's stuff is killer, as is his service and shipping.

I know I'm old and might not have a complete grasp of colloquialisms, but does a body lift really qualify as bling?

Taking the term

in the manner I presume it was used...I would think a posting of homemade sliders, bumpers, cages, flatbeds, in-bed storage or something that solved an annoying little problem would be interesting and helpful. But, there are probably tons of pictures of those in build up threads.

I knew there was a window to edit posts...but, I thought it had to do with logging off before the edit.
