I have built my own body lifts before. I used steel pipe & steel flat plate. Body lifts aren't that expensive, just buy one  :twocents:

the main thing is to make sure you have the proper grade hardware (well, and good material for the block itself, obviously) By using the correct grade it could keep the cab from flying off the frame in an accident  :yikes:

me personally, i would never run one...i hate body lifts
